A.D.A.M. Unlocks the BNA HR Toolkit For Employers and Benefits Brokers

Leading human resources research tools from the Bureau of National Affairs now featured in A.D.A.M.’s products

ATLANTA (June 4, 2008) – A.D.A.M., Inc. (NASDAQ: ADAM), a leading provider of high-quality health information and benefits technology solutions, today announced it has collaborated with the Bureau of National Affairs (BNA), a leading publisher of print and electronic news, analysis, and reference products, to create the “BNA HR Toolkit,” a custom solution that allows human resources (HR) professionals and benefits brokers to tap into BNA’s research information to perform their jobs.

A.D.A.M.’s large network of broker partners access the BNA HR Toolkit through Advisor Tools, an online portfolio of research and reports to help them advise clients more effectively. Their employer clients in turn can use the new resource through Client Community, a private portal launched by the broker to deliver added service to customers.

The BNA HR Toolkit contains exclusive content from BNA’s lawyers and experts covering benefits and compensation, compliance, employee relations, performance, staffing, and safety. Users can easily search for federal and state law summaries, ready-to-use model policies and forms, answers to thousands of questions, and relevant news.

“While there are lots of Internet resources for people who need help with HR and benefits compliance and model documents, we found nothing that compares to the BNA HR Toolkit,” said Andrew Ceccon, chief marketing officer at A.D.A.M., Inc. “We’re pleased to pave the way for A.D.A.M. customers to enjoy the gold standard for timely, objective human resources content.”

The BNA HR Toolkit enhances A.D.A.M.’s already industry-leading broker product platform, which assembles a variety of services to help them manage their sales, customer relationships and benefit plan design services. A.D.A.M. provides the new research tools at no added cost to its broker partners.

Headquartered in Washington, D.C., BNA is the largest independent publisher of information products serving professionals in law, tax, business, and government since 1929. They employ more than 1,500 individuals who publish up-to-the-minute news and analysis covering the legal and economic developments that impact the business environment.
