Upon initial implementation, you choose the ethnicity that best represents your target audience: Caucasian, African American, Hispanic or Asian. Further customization allows you to specify gender and adult/child avatars based on areas of your website users are navigating from. For example, select the child avatar to show when users navigate to the Health Navigator from pediatric pages of your website, or the adult female avatar when users navigate from the Women’s Center. Also allows the end user to select the gender and age that’s appropriate for them.

Using the latest design technologies, our new 3D avatars provide a more realistic and engaging rendering of the human body. After selecting gender and age, users select the part of the body from either front or back view for their health information needs.

Search by symptoms, injuries, diseases, self care, tests and surgeries. Results include relevant physician developed and reviewed health articles with related images, videos and illustrated presentation series. Users can select to show results alphabetically or by most popular.

Connect Users Directly to Your Physicians Based on Health Searches

Connect users to your physicians by associating your provider listing to an expanded set of medical specialties tagged to A.D.A.M. article results. Results are shown by radius for a specific zip code and include address, phone number, directions and maps. Users can also connect immediately to schedule an appointment.
